The following overviews below are short explanations of some of the features of our patent pending SharePlayers, ShareCards and ShareDrive. For our protection the wording used in these overviews is not the exact working used in the fillings.

UltraJAX Connectors and Cable Devices

An RJ Style connector which expands the port count of this connectivity and results in a space savings. In addition, UltraJAX are designed for harsh environments. RJ11 and RJ45 Connectors functionality can be combined into on UltraJAX connector. UltraJAX connectors perform the functions of multiple RJ11 and RJ45 connectors. Ultrajax is the first major innovation in RJ connectivity. In the networking world UltraJax will double the port count of hubs, switches, routers and adapter cards. The pictured hub above is a 16 port hub with only eight UltraJAX connectors to provide this capacity. In the telephone world UltraJax will provide double the connections to telephones in products such as phone hand sets, wallplates, and patch panels. One UltraJax connector in a two line phone will do what two connectors are required to do today.

An X-RJAX is and RF connectivity with a RJ approach of simply plugging the male connector to the female connector. This invention makes attaching coaxial cables literally a snap. It uses the same RJ form factor as an RJ45 used for networking and communications products. Now X-RJAX equipped coax cables can be moved and attached to electronic devices with ease Televisions, VCRs, DVD, satellite equipment, receivers, cable boxes, Internet coax PC adapter cards and a plethora of other devices use coax cable. There are an estimated 1 billion coax connections within American homes. X-RJAX can simplify connecting any device to any device. And with X-RJAX ready splitters, RF mods, amplifiers, wall plates and similar accessories, the X-RJAX connector system may just change the coaxial connector industry forever. X-RJAX provides a better connection than conventional coax cables and attachments. The X-RJAX holds the cable wire perfectly in position and provides a better mating connection than current connections. Users will not have to move and jiggle cables to get a good connection. X-RJAX is a tight and secure connection.

SensiKey Electronic Security/Locking Devices

The SensiKey is the World's first USB electronic memory key including flash memory integrated with a fingerlight print to verify the users fingerprint.. The SensiKey replaces all the keys on your key chain allowing one key device to be used with all locks and computer security equipment. The SensiKey includes software to code electronic keys and to provide security. A person's finger pressed up against this thumb pad verifies the identity of the person using the SensiKey based on the optical properties of the skin and the blood vessels under the skin. The key activates a locking mechanism when the USB male connector of the flash memory drive key is inserted and software on the flash memory drive key is read by a processor located in the USB female connector in the locking mechanism.

An apparatus for directly attaching or joining together flash memory devices for the purpose of exchanging data between the two units. The device has both a female and male connector permitting the male of one unit to insert into the female of the other unit for a direct connection. The device is capable of uploading and downloading data. The device which connects with USB connectors can be inserted into a PC and used as a normal thumbdrive. The device can have an optional LCD or other type of screen to provide the capability for a user to select a specific file for transfer.

An apparatus for attaching or joining together MP3 Player/flash memory devices for the purpose of exchanging data between the two connected units. The device is capable of uploading and downloading data including MP3 files. The device which connects one unit to another with the use of various connectors. With the USB connector version the device can be inserted into a PC and used as a normal thumbdrive to download MP3 files and other data. The device can have an optional LCD or other type of screen to provide the capability for a user to select a specific file for transfer and to show information regarding the MP3 files which play. The device has connectors for various headsets to be attached.

ShareDrive, SharePlayer, ShareCard Wireless Capability Device

An apparatus for attaching or joining together flash memory devices with wireless technologies for the purpose of exchanging data between the two units. The device is capable of uploading and downloading data with wireless as well as with connector to connector attachments. The device which connects with USB connectors can be inserted into a PC and used as a normal thumbdrive and as a wireless adapter for the computer. The device can have an optional LCD or other type of screen to provide the capability for a user to select a specific file for transfer.

An apparatus for attaching or joining together flash memory devices for the purpose of exchanging data between the two units in which the devices have integrated flash card readers. The device is capable of uploading and downloading data between units as well as downloading and uploading the data on the flash card to the flash memory built into the drive itself. The flash card provides added memory capacity for the unit when inserted. The device can have an optional LCD or other type of screen to provide the capability for a user to select a specific file for transfer.

An apparatus for attaching unlocking and locking devices and for the purpose of use as a key to start other devices such as an automobile. The device can be used to start a car and in addition be used for the purpose of exchanging data between itself and devices built into a car. The device is capable of opening and closing the locking mechanisms for lockers, doors and any item with needs locking protection. The device can have an optional LCD or other type of screen to provide the capability for a user to select a specific file for transfer. The device can be inserted into a computer and with software various key codes can be created to work with all mechanism with need to be unlocked or used by the user.

A Cellphone for directly attaching or joining together two cellphones for the purpose of exchanging data between the two devices. The cellphone has both a female and male connector permitting the male connector of one unit to insert into the female connector of the other unit for a direct connection. The device is capable of uploading and downloading data. The device which connects with data/voice/audio connectors can be inserted into a PC permitting the cellphone to copy folders and files. The Cellphone has an integrated LCD or other type of cellphone screen to provide the capability for a user to select a specific file for transfer. The Cellphone can use many different types of operating systems to interface to PC.
