Changing
an Order
Xmultiple
orders are non cancellable and non returnable. The reason
for this policy is that Xmultiple connectors are manufactured
when you order with date codes provided with every order.
The date codes for connectors are important and you should
discuss this issue with your engineering department for
all connectors and components you purchase from any manufacturer.
If
you have already completed an order and wish to add an
additional item to your order, you may need to cancel
your initial order and place a new order. Contact Customer
Service for assistance. Please include the order number.
Expediting
Order Deliveries
Xmultiple's
delivery policy is "Best Effort" only and we
cannot guarantee delivery dates. Xmultiple will however
attempt to expedite delivery dates when requested. All
requests must be made in writting in a form of an email,
fax document or letter. Xmultiple's success in expediting
will depend on the availability of raw materials, and
delviery of raw materials to our manufacturing facilities.
Order
Status
Check
the status of any of your orders by calling our Order/Sales
coordinators. This is the easiest and fastest way to get
the most current information regarding your order.
If
your order has been shipped via FedEx or UPS, you may
track it using links provided in your order detail. It
may take up to one (1) business day for your information
to be posted on the FedEx or UPS website.
