Product Change Notices (PCNs)

Product Change Notice (PCN) are released from time to time and this page will link you to all our Xmultiple PCN. This page provides access to PCN documents, and features a search utility to find PCN documentation by part number, keyword or PCN number. Please note that access to PCN documentation is restricted to registered users only.

POLICY

Xmultiple notifies customers of changes that affect the form, fit or function of a product. Xmultiple requests that customers acknowledge receipt of PCNs, and submit any sample or additional information requests within 30 days of the notification. Lack of acknowledgement will constitute acceptance of the change.

PCN NOMENCLATURE AND TERMINOLOGY

• PCN is assigned by our product managers.
• Issue date: Date on which the change was announced.
• Effective date: Date on which the change will be implemented and is the same as the Issue date if no effective date on the PCN is shown.

INDUSTRY STANDARDS

Xmultiple Product Change and Product Discontinuance policies are in compliance with JESD-46 and JESD-48 respectively.
