Question: How do I get the detailed footprint for my product design?

Answer: The Detailed Reference Drawings provide this footprint. The reference Drawings are available to view in the product section of this website and the drawings are available for download in the download section.

Question: Are the LEDs specified for use in surface mount assembly equipment?

Answer: The LEDs have been designed for this type of assembly.

Question: Are the LEDs within the housing of the connectors?

Answer: Are XMULTIPLE RJ/LED connectors have been designed under U.S. Patent 4,978,317, which provides that the LEDs are secured with the RJ housing walls.

Question: What is the quality assurance system used to manufacturer the RJ/LED connectors?

Answer: All products are manufactured with ISO 9001 and ISO 9002.

Question: Is Local Stocking of Products available?

Answer: Distributor stocking is a major requirement of most large accounts and XMULITPLE will work to have good Distribution channels.

Question: How Do I get Samples?

Answer: Samples are provided upon request.

Question: Where are the manufacturing facilities for XMULTIPLE?

Answer: Taiwan and China.

Question: Do the RJ/LED connectors operate with Cat 5 wiring?

Answer: The RJ/LED product line is manufactured to operate on CAT 5. There are issues of the plating on the wires and XMULTIPLE coats the wires with 6u, 15u, 30u and 50u (u is micron).
